  3. We will refund the purchase price after inspection.

Important details

  • Condition: Goods must be unused, complete and in new condition.
  • Return costs: CHF 7.– with a Mamm label or you can organize the shipping yourself.
  • Exceptions: Polishing machines, high-pressure cleaners, and other electronic devices are excluded from the right of return.
  • Refund: Usually within 5-10 business days after receipt of goods.

How do I get the return label?
You can request a label (CHF 7) through your customer account. Alternatively, you can pay for it yourself at the post office.
What if the packaging has been opened?
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in new condition. Opened or used items are excluded (Tip: For AntiDirt products, use the 100-day trial guarantee).
How is reimbursement made?
Usually via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and verification.
