Shipping policy
Shipping and pickup
We pack your order in our warehouse in Lausen (Basel-Landschaft) and ship it with Swiss Post. Delivery times are in working days from dispatch.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Economy: 2–3 working days, CHF 5.90, free from CHF 79
- Priority: 1–2 working days, CHF 7.90, free from CHF 149
- Priority with signature: 1 working day, CHF 9.90, free from CHF 300
- Pickup in Lausen: free. We invite you by email as soon as your order is ready, usually on the same working day. Pre-orders can be picked up from the shipping date.
Germany and EU
Shipping with DHL: EUR 4.90, free from EUR 50. We deliver to Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic. There are no customs fees for orders to Germany.
Returns
What you can send back is explained in Our promise. You pay the postage. Our return label costs CHF 7 and is optional. If something is missing, damaged or wrongly delivered, we pay for the return.
Damage
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is missing or damaged, send us a photo within 5 days to support@mamm.ch, with your order number.
