Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers with their place of residence in Germany are entitled to a right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
-
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered in a single delivery, or
-
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
If you wish, you can also send the withdrawal declaration to us electronically by email. We will confirm receipt of such an electronic withdrawal without delay by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods
if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal exists for contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;

for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;

for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines (with the exception of subscription contracts);
-
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by us.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery;

for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
-
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
