The Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 Heavy Cut Compound 1 L is a high-performance machine polish for the rapid reconditioning of heavily weathered paints. It efficiently removes deep scratches, paint mist, and sanding marks up to 1200 grit while simultaneously providing a very good gloss level – ideal for professional vehicle detailing.
Thanks to its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain, the H9.02 offers maximum cutting power with very good control and can be polished for a long time without burning in. Low dust development and easy wipe-off make it the perfect choice for workshops and professional detailers.

How To Use
- Process with a Rotary Polisher and a wool pad (for sanding marks 1200–2500) or a Heavy Cut Pad (for sanding marks 1500–3000).
- Work in the polish with medium speed and medium pressure using a cross-hatch pattern.
- For best results, follow up with a fine sanding and Finishing Polish.
- Remove residues with a clean Microfibre Towel.
