With the right machine polisher and the matching polishing pad, you remove scratches, holograms and dull spots from the paint. Here you'll find both, plus lighting and gauges for checking your work.
Machine Polishers include dual-action machines from Liquid Elements and Rupes with 8 to 15 mm throw, a mini machine for small areas and a rotary. Polishing Pads come in diameters from 45 to 150 mm and in grades from heavy cut to finish, colour-coded. In Lighting, measuring & masking you'll find a hand lamp and a paint thickness gauge, and tape in Masking tape.
Match the pad diameter to your machine's backing plate and use the same grade for pad and Paint polish. If you have a gauge, check first how much paint there is.
