Sending back
If you send something back, you pay the shipping: stamped yourself or with our label for CHF 7, which we deduct from the refund.
Refund
As soon as we have processed your return, you get a confirmation by email. From then on, the money is usually back with you within 5 working days, via the payment method you used.
Our mistake, our cost
Wrong, damaged, incomplete or unordered item, or wrong information in the shop: the return is free.
Something not right?
Check your parcel after unpacking. If something is missing or broken, write to support@mamm.ch with your order number and ideally a photo.

Nach der Nutzung empfehlen wir, sie separat von anderen Textilien bei niedriger Temperatur ohne Weichspüler zu waschen und lufttrocknen zu lassen, um die Fasern zu schonen und ihre Lebensdauer zu verlängern.
