Return Policy
Sometimes it happens that an ordered product does not meet your expectations and ideas. If you then want to return the item, we ask you to enter a return order online. This is subject to the condition that the goods are unopened and the original packaging is undamaged. Within the period of 14 days we can take back the goods against credit.
We ask for your understanding that products that we have ordered especially for you (procurement items from our own range and those from outside the range) that are not in perfect condition or are not returned with the complete scope of delivery, have damaged packaging or show signs of use can only be returned for a flat-rate processing fee or not able to take it back at all.
We distinguish between these three approaches:
- Unrestricted right of return
- Conditional right of return with processing fee
- No refund
Unrestricted right of return
A return for credit at the current daily price (maximum the purchase price) is only possible if the following requirements are met:
- The original packaging is available.
- The original label has not been removed.
- The product shows no signs of wear and has not been used.
- The item was purchased no more than 14 days ago.
Conditional Right of Return
Return with processing fee
A return for credit with deduction of a processing fee is possible under the following conditions:

The original packaging has been opened but is otherwise complete and undamaged.

The item is unused and shows no signs of wear.

The supplied accessories are complete.

The item was purchased no more than 14 days ago.
The processing fee for this type of return is at least 10% of the current daily price, but at least CHF 10.00 and will be deducted from the credit.
Return after individual examination
A return for credit is possible after an individual check and deduction of a processing fee under the following conditions:

The original packaging is available.

The article shows signs of use.

The supplied accessories have been returned in full.
The individual check is carried out by our service team. A return cannot be guaranteed, even if you received a return number during the return process. The processing fee after an individual check is 20%, but at least CHF 20.-. Whether the item can actually be returned and if so, what processing fee will be deducted from the credit can only be decided after the check has been carried out.
No refund
A return and credit is not possible in the following cases:
- The original packaging is missing.
- The supplied accessories are missing.
- Consumables were opened.
- These are items that have been registered by the customer.
- These are gift vouchers (online as well as physical).
return costs
The costs for the return are generally borne by the sender. Mamm.ch only offers free returns in these exceptional cases:
- For wrongly delivered items.
- Incorrect information in the online shop.
- Upon receipt of an item not ordered.
- Upon receipt of a defective item.
- Upon receipt of an incomplete product.
Credit procedure
In the following we describe how we proceed after receipt of a return and creation of a credit note:
Return without exchange:
After registering the return, you send us your item back using the return form and do not want an item to be exchanged. After the return has been checked, we will issue a credit note. This is automatically offset against the existing invoice for this order and the open invoice amount is reduced by the value of the credit. If the invoice has already been paid, we will transfer the credit amount back to you in the same way.
Return with exchange:
After registering the return, you send us your item back using the return form and want the item to be exchanged. After the return has been checked, we will issue a credit note and a new exchange order. The credit will be offset against the original invoice. If this invoice has already been paid, we will automatically transfer the value of your credit to the exchange order.
