2.1 Contact Form
On our website we offer you the opportunity to send us an inquiry via a contact form. To answer the request, we need your e-mail address and a name, all other information is voluntary.

By submitting the contact form, you give us your consent to process your personal data in order to answer the request made.

As soon as your request has been answered, your personal data will be automatically deleted and will no longer be used.

2.2 Customer Account
You have the option of setting up a personal, password-protected customer account in our online shop, where you have direct access to your inventory data stored by us. In the customer account you can also view online data about your completed, open and recently sent orders, your personal data and your newsletter settings.

Why is this data collected?
In order for your order to be processed correctly, we need your correct address and payment details. We use your e-mail address to confirm your order and the dispatch of the delivery and for general communication. In addition, your e-mail address serves as identification for logging into your customer account.

Collection, processing and use of your personal data
Your data is primarily collected, stored and processed by us in order to process your order properly. Secondarily, however, also for services (information about your order, complaints, etc.), technical administration or your own marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to process your order and is legally permissible, for marketing purposes or if you have given your prior consent. For example, these are recipients in the following categories: shipping partners (Swiss Post), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), merchandise management service providers (JTL Software), shop software (Shopware), web hosts (Hostpoint) and e-mail marketing software service providers (Mailchimp). Your data will be passed on to the e-mail marketing service provider "Mailchimp" as part of order processing. A transfer to other third parties for the dispatch of newsletters does not take place

Product recommendations by email

For example, your name, your IP address or similar will not be placed in the cookie, so that it will not be possible to trace your person later. The cookie technology delivers and only pseudonymised information. For example, we can then understand which pages of our website were visited the most and which products are the most popular. Based on this information we can improve your shopping experience.

3.5 Can you prevent the storage of cookies?
The common Internet browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can easily prevent this. 4. Log Files

Every time you access our website, your Internet browser transmits various usage data, which are stored in log files for technical reasons. The usage data are as follows:

5. Analysis on the web

5.1 Google Analytics
Google Analytics helps us to continuously develop and improve our website by creating pseudonymised usage profiles and cookies. This generates the following information:

These data sets are stored on a Google server in the USA and used by us to evaluate our website. We receive evaluations of the activities on our website and the user behavior. As already described, you can block cookies using the corresponding function in your browser, but this will limit the functionality of our web shop.

5.2 Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
As soon as you reach our website via a Google Adwords advertisement, a cookie will be placed on your computer or mobile device by Google Adwords.

The cookie is not used for personal identification and is automatically deleted after 30 days or loses its validity. This cookie enables us to recognize that the user clicked on an advertisement and was then redirected to a specific page in our webshop. So-called conversion statistics are created by this conversion cookie in Google Adwords, which we subsequently analyze and evaluate with the aim of improving the advertisements. This is, for example, data on the total number of users who have clicked on a specific advertisement from us and which page in our online shop they have reached.

No personal data is processed in Google Adwords either, so a user cannot be identified or tracked using the conversion cookie. The setting of the conversion cookie can of course also be prevented by using the settings provided in your browser. 6. Security in data transmission

In our web shop we use the so-called SSL procedure, which is used to transmit data during the visit to the website. You can recognize this security measure by the fact that a green key symbol with the note "Secure" is attached in front of the URL of the website.

8. Klarna Payments

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, it may be that we pass on your personal data in the form of contact and order data to Klarna during the checkout process, so that Klarna can check whether you are eligible for Klarna's payment methods and Klarna the payment methods can be tailored to you.
