Cancellation Policy

1. Free cancellation until dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped. This also applies to pre-orders such as the CarWash Box. Email us at support@mamm.ch with your order number. If the order is already on its way, our return policy applies (Our promise).

2. Special orders

If we order a product specifically for you, we may charge a handling fee of 20 % of the cancelled value, at least CHF 60, for a cancellation. Personalised products and custom-made items cannot be cancelled.

3. Payment in advance

For payment in advance, we reserve the products for 10 days from the order. If no payment arrives by then, we may cancel the order.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available, payment is missing, the delivery address is incomplete or our terms are breached. We inform you immediately by email and refund anything already paid in full.

5. Refund

After the cancellation you get a confirmation by email. From then on, the money is usually with you within 5 working days, via the payment method you used. Depending on the payment provider it may take longer.
