Fairness rule for multiple orders & variants

If you've ordered multiple units of the same product (even in different colors/variants) as part of a promotion (e.g., 3+1, Mix & Match), it's sufficient to test one unit. If you don't like the product, please return the remaining unused units in perfect, like-new condition . You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Example #1 (Chemicals): With 3+1 (4 bottles), you test 1 bottle. If you don't like the product, return the other 3 unopened and get your money back.

Example #2 (Textiles): For 3+1 (4 DryWelly towels, e.g., in 4 colors), please test only one towel. If you don't like it, return the other 3 unused and in like-new condition and receive your money back.

For the entire AntiDirt range : cleaning agents (chemicals), cloths, wash mitts, brushes, spray heads, accessories and sets/bundles with AntiDirt products.
When do the 100 days start?
From the day of delivery according to the tracking information.
Do I have to return the used unit?
No. The used/opened unit remains yours, even if you receive a refund.
How does it work with multipacks or promotions (e.g. 3+1)?
Please only test one unit. For a refund, the remaining units must be returned unused and in like-new condition (return shipping at your own expense).
Does the rule also apply to different colors/variants of the same product?
Yes. Variants (e.g., DryWelly in multiple colors) are considered the same product type . Test one unit; the remaining units must be returned unused and in like-new condition.
How do I get my money back?
Contact us within 100 days of receipt. Please have your order number ready. Our team will assist you promptly.
How long does the refund take?
Typically 5-10 business days after your confirmation or after receipt and inspection of any necessary return of unused units.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Please contact us immediately with a photo or video. We will handle transport damage or defects separately and resolve them quickly and courteously.
Can I combine the 100-day trial with the 30-day return policy?
The choice is yours: You can use the 30-day return policy for unused products. For used AntiDirt products, the 100-day trial guarantee applies.
Does the warranty also apply to non-AntiDirt brands?
No. The 100-day trial guarantee applies exclusively to AntiDirt products. For all other brands, the 30-day return policy (unused) applies.
Who bears the return costs for multiple orders?
You are responsible for returning any unused units for multiple orders.
